Working Student - HR-Tech / Workday Implementation Support (Remote)
About the Role
We are seeking a Working Student: HR-Tech / Workday Implementation Support - Remote to join our innovative team at zollsoft GmbH. As a working student, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Workday implementation while gaining valuable experience in HR-Tech. What You'll Do
- Assist our Workday Administrator to ensure the system operates smoothly and meets the dynamic demands of a large-scale project.
- Manage the architecture of employee data and organizational structures.
- Prepare datasets for migration and establish a clean data foundation.
- Conduct functional tests and data validations to ensure configurations are perfect.
- Create short guides, FAQs, or video tutorials to help our workforce become Workday professionals.
- Act as the first point of contact for our teams post-Go-Live and resolve queries in first-level support.
- Participate actively in project work, contributing where your energy and logic are most needed.
Requirements
- You are a registered student, ideally with previous experience working with Workday (e.g., in HCM through an internship).
- Field of study is secondary, as long as you are enthusiastic about HR-Tech.
- You possess a tech-savvy and meticulous work ethic with endurance for administrative detail work.
- Proficiency in German (at least C1) and good English skills for the system environment.
- Ability to invest about 10–15 hours per week and arrange your working hours flexibly around your lecture schedule.
