About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Working Student for HR-Tech / Workday Implementation Support to join our innovative team remotely. As a Working Student, you will support our implementation efforts and collaborate with various teams to enhance our HR processes.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in the implementation of Workday solutions, ensuring smooth integration and functionality.
  • Provide first-level support for users, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to HR-Tech systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and assist in functional testing of new features.
  • Contribute to content creation for training materials and user documentation.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program related to HR, IT, or Business Administration.
  • Familiarity with Workday or similar HR systems is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of data management and Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with functional testing and technical planning.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Kotlin, Java, or Swift.
  • Familiarity with PostgreSQL and MacOS development.
