About the Role

We are seeking a Workday Finance Project Manager Consultant - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in leading finance projects for our healthcare clients, ensuring successful implementation and management of Workday Financials. As a remote consultant, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a significant impact on our clients' financial operations.

What You'll Do

• Lead the implementation of Workday Financials, focusing on project management and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet client expectations.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to prepare clients for the go-live phase.
• Utilize your expertise in financial modeling and budget forecasting to support project objectives.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, specifically with Workday Financials.
• Strong understanding of healthcare finance and ERP implementation processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Experience in change management and operational workflows.
