IT System Administrator - Remote Opportunity

We are looking for an IT System Administrator to join our team remotely. What You'll Do

• Plan, manage, and efficiently execute tasks and projects while adhering to our standards.
• Serve as a reliable, service-oriented contact point for all IT-related inquiries from our employees and departments.
• Support our 1st and 2nd level support teams with complex IT issues, utilizing your expertise effectively.
• Administer, install, and further develop our expanding IT system landscape.
• Collaborate closely with central IT to optimize our IT services enthusiastically.
• Procure and configure IT equipment and services, and document information accurately.

Requirements

• Completed training as an IT specialist in system integration with several years of solid experience with current Windows operating systems, Microsoft Azure, and O365 applications.
• Good hardware knowledge in modern IT workplace equipment.
• Ideally, possess some leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills, high social competence, and a self-reliant, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
• Fluent in both German and English, using both languages confidently in daily work.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a similar role within the agricultural technology sector.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud computing technologies.
