About the Role

As a Web Design Integration Consultant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customer engagement platform solutions through innovative web and mobile application designs.

What You'll Do

• Analyze business needs and create proposals for web design that align with company standards.
• Produce all necessary design assets required for software development.
• Engage with end users, product managers, and software engineers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Develop and maintain the Digital Design System and UI component library, ensuring accessibility and reusability.
• Utilize your expertise in UX Design, Product Strategy, and Service Design to create impactful user experiences.

Requirements

• A minimum of five years of experience in web design, with a strong focus on UI/UX principles.
• Proven experience in software design principles and user experience best practices.
• Strong skills in creating interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Good knowledge of HTML and CSS, with an understanding of web design integration into code.
• Experience working in an agile development environment, participating in sprint planning and retrospectives.

• Experience in Design System Management.
