Warehouse Supervisor - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Supervisor remote to join our dynamic team at American Lumper Services. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate daily warehousing activities, ensuring that operations meet and exceed performance expectations. Your leadership will be crucial in enhancing productivity and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards to achieve optimal volume within time limits.
• Maximize efficiencies to increase productivity and measure the effectiveness of warehousing activities.
• Organize and maintain the work area, ensuring a safe and efficient environment.
• Communicate job expectations clearly and coach employees to enhance their performance.
• Determine staffing levels and assign workloads effectively to meet operational demands.
• Interface with customers to address questions and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain item records and document necessary information to project warehouse status accurately.
• Identify areas for improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor with strong supervisory skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive work environment.
• Ability to input, retrieve, and analyze data using warehouse software and MS Office.
• Hands-on commitment to getting the job done with a solution-focused attitude.
• Flexibility with start times and willingness to work weekends as needed.
• Must undergo a background check and pass a drug test.
• Desire to build and lead an amazing team.
