VP of Data & AI - Remote Opportunity in Abu Dhabi

About the Role

We are seeking a VP of Data & AI to join our high-growth SaaS company, offering a unique opportunity to lead our data and AI initiatives. This VP of Data & AI remote role is pivotal in shaping our business strategy through advanced analytics and machine learning.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development and execution of the company’s Data & AI strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee multiple teams focused on BI, analytics, and AI/ML, delivering actionable insights and predictive models.
• Collaborate with the C-suite and executive leadership to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Build and manage a high-performing team of data professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Utilize your advanced expertise in machine learning and AI to enhance product offerings and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Advanced expertise in ML and AI, with a strong preference for candidates with a PhD or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in leading BI, Data, AI, and ML strategies in large-scale environments.
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Relevant certifications in AWS, GCP, TensorFlow, or similar technologies.
• Experience in Fintech, Banking, Cybersecurity, or Fraud is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with data governance and compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with big data technologies and cloud platforms.
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
