Programme Coordinator - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Programme Coordinator to join our team at Junior Adventures Group. This remote opportunity allows you to make a significant impact on the lives of children while managing engaging programmes tailored for school-aged children. As a Programme Coordinator, you will oversee the daily operations of our Before School, After School, and Holiday Clubs, ensuring that we provide quality care and enriching activities for children in Dublin.

What You'll Do

• Manage and lead a team of childcare professionals, ensuring high standards of care and engagement.
• Coordinate daily activities and programmes, fostering a fun and structured environment for children.
• Interact with children, families, and staff to create a supportive community.
• Utilize technology and software tools (Word, Outlook, Teams) to manage schedules and communications effectively.
• Ensure compliance with childcare regulations and maintain a safe environment for all participants.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with school-aged children.
• Childcare qualification (Fetac Level 5 or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of child development principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after the interview stage).

Nice to Have

• Experience in managing teams and leading childcare programmes.
• Proficiency in additional software tools related to childcare management.
