VP of Consumer & Brand Marketing - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
Replit is seeking a VP of Consumer & Brand Marketing to lead our marketing efforts in a remote capacity. As a pivotal role within our organization, you will help shape how the world experiences and talks about Replit, a platform that empowers users to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development and expanding its audience beyond developers to include entrepreneurs, designers, and students. What You'll Do
- Define and own Replit's brand narrative, establishing a voice that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Build a world-class content engine, creating engaging blog posts, tutorials, and thought leadership pieces that highlight our community's achievements.
- Own social media strategy, enhancing Replit's presence across platforms like Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Launch and scale influencer and creator partnerships to authentically promote Replit and drive real adoption.
- Amplify product launches by collaborating with Product Marketing to create compelling narratives that resonate with our audience.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of content creators and social strategists who are passionate about storytelling.
- Create global campaign themes that unify messaging across consumer and enterprise marketing.
What You Bring
- 15+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles focused on brand, content, or consumer marketing.
- A portfolio showcasing exceptional storytelling and brand-building capabilities.
- Experience in developing content strategies that drive measurable awareness and organic growth.
- A strong social media presence and understanding of how to engage developer audiences.
- Proven ability to recruit, develop, and inspire creative teams.
- Comfort operating at both strategic and executional levels.
Nice to Have
- Experience in developer tools or infrastructure companies.
- Background in both B2C and B2B marketing.
- Engagement with developer advocacy and community programs.
