About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Field Marketing to join our dynamic team at Prove. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to lead our field marketing strategy across priority regions. As a key player in our growth marketing department, you will drive pipeline, accelerate revenue, and scale high-impact field programs. What You'll Do

  • Own the regional field marketing strategy, aligning it with pipeline, revenue, and account-based growth objectives.
  • Act as the primary marketing stakeholder for Sales leadership, ensuring accountability for field-sourced and field-influenced pipeline.
  • Translate go-to-market priorities into scalable, high-impact field programs that support demand creation and customer expansion.
  • Oversee the end-to-end strategy and execution of flagship events, tradeshows, executive roundtables, and virtual field programs.
  • Balance large-scale programs with high-touch account-based marketing motions focused on priority accounts.
  • Continuously test and evolve event formats, channels, and technologies to improve engagement and return on investment (ROI).
  • Directly manage and mentor Field Marketing Managers, providing clear direction and development support.
  • Set priorities and performance expectations for the field function, building repeatable processes and best practices.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of B2B field marketing or demand generation experience within a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proven success in owning regional field marketing strategy and driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Experience leading complex event portfolios including tradeshows and ABM-driven field programs.
  • Prior people-management experience, with a track record of coaching and developing high-performing marketers.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and close alignment with Sales and SDR teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Highly organized and proactive, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in digital identity verification or related industries.
  • Familiarity with emerging marketing technologies and trends.
  • Ability to travel for key field events as required.
