About the Role

We're hiring a Lead Marketing & Appointment Setting Manager to join our dynamic team at Tunymedia. This fully remote position allows you to lead a dedicated team in generating high-quality leads for our clients in the craft business sector. With a focus on Eastern Austria, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our clients' digital presence and driving their profitability.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a remote team of lead managers to optimize performance and achieve targets.
• Implement clear onboarding and training processes for new team members to ensure quality lead generation.
• Collaborate directly with production management to align marketing strategies with client needs.
• Utilize your experience in outbound lead qualification to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team success and areas for improvement.
• Foster a supportive and family-friendly work environment that emphasizes employee well-being and development.
• Engage in hands-on leadership, providing guidance and support to team members.
• Promote health programs and ergonomic support for remote work to enhance team productivity.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outbound lead qualification and team leadership.
• Strong communication and empathy skills to effectively coach and train team members.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, preferably Pipedrive or Hubspot.
• Ability to analyze data and report on KPIs to drive team performance.
• Experience in digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
