Visual Designer - Remote Contractor Position

About the Role

We are actively seeking a Visual Designer remote to join our team at Clear Digital, Inc. This is a contractor position for a duration of 3 months, with the possibility of extension. As a Visual Designer remote, you will work on exciting projects that require a passion for design and creativity.

What You'll Do

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and develop original campaigns.
• Manage 1-2 large projects while also handling multiple smaller projects.
• Present concepts and design directions in client meetings.
• Lead workshops to ideate and gather feedback from clients.
• Create unique visual designs for web, UI, infographics, and branding.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure deadlines are met and maintain quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and support team members in their design endeavors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a design-related field.
• 3+ years of experience in an agency environment.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design and grid systems.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to articulate design decisions confidently.
• Experience working with creative and technology teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of content management systems such as Drupal and WordPress.
