  • Support document collection, license verification, and background checks.
  • Track recruitment funnel metrics like application rates and time-to-hire.
  • Recommend improvements for hiring workflows and sourcing efficiency.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of recruitment experience, particularly in healthcare.
  • Proficient in sourcing candidates creatively using social media and job boards.
  • Experience with tools like CareerPlug, HelloHire, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Understanding of healthcare credentialing and compliance tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Comfortable working 100% remotely with a reliable setup.
  • Willingness to work in a US time zone schedule.
