What You'll Do

• Provide virtual consultations and develop tailored treatment plans for patients.

• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance service delivery.
• Utilize EMR and online booking platforms for efficient patient management.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate medical records.
• Engage with patients to support their health goals and encourage adherence to treatment plans.
• Adopt a sales-focused approach to patient care, ensuring a positive experience.
• Comfortably discuss sensitive health topics with patients.
• Manage virtual patient scheduling effectively to optimize workflow.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current in the field.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience.
• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in relevant states.
• Proficient in EMR and office software.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning in health-related fields.
