What You'll Do

• Collaborate closely with the Recruitment team and hiring managers to identify, engage, and attract the best candidates.
• Create and oversee a sourcing strategy tailored to different roles and locations.
• Build talent pools and pipelines by sourcing across various channels.
• Provide a positive recruitment experience, ensuring timely and transparent communication with candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the internal recruitment system.
• Share your knowledge and market findings with colleagues to enhance the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sourcing or talent research.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates clearly and transparently.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with candidates.
• Experience in creating sourcing strategies for various roles and locations.
• Passion for identifying and engaging exceptional candidates creatively and resourcefully.
• Solid understanding of the IT market or another highly skilled industry.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working in global or international environments, ideally with a focus on European markets.
• Experience with diversity sourcing programs.
