Video Editor & Motion Designer - Remote
About the Role
We’re looking for a Video Editor & Motion Designer - Remote to join our creative team. This role is roughly 60% video editing and 40% motion design (sometimes 70/30 depending on projects). You’ll be crafting high-quality video content across multiple formats, from quick social clips to polished brand videos and tutorials. As a Video Editor & Motion Designer, you will be responsible for editing video content in Adobe Premiere Pro, enhancing audio for clarity, balance, and consistency, and creating stunning motion designs in After Effects.
What You'll Do
- Edit and produce engaging video content for various platforms.
- Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing and After Effects for motion design.
- Research and source supporting visuals to enhance video projects.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align on project goals.
- Contribute creative concepts and ideas to improve video content.
- Deliver high-quality content on time and meet project deadlines.
- Stay updated with new tools, trends, and best practices in video editing and motion design.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a video editor with strong motion design skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Strong knowledge of color correction and audio editing techniques.
- Experience independently sourcing footage and visual elements.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Highly organized and able to work autonomously.
- Willingness to participate in a paid freelance project during the interview process.
