About the Role

Yonder Media Mobile is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Marketing to join our innovative team in a fully remote capacity. As the Vice President of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategy for our diverse business units, including Global YO and YO Mobile. This is an exciting opportunity to lead performance marketing initiatives and drive growth in the telecom and connectivity sectors.

What You'll Do

• Lead the marketing strategy for Global YO and YO Mobile, focusing on performance marketing across paid channels.
• Manage lifecycle marketing and customer communications to enhance user engagement.
• Drive omnichannel marketing execution to ensure cohesive messaging across platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
• Oversee agency selection and performance management to align with marketing goals.
• Build and mentor a high-performing internal marketing team to foster innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful product launches.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget to maximize resource allocation.

Requirements

• 5+ years in marketing leadership roles, with a strong focus on performance marketing.
• Proven experience in managing digital marketing channels and campaigns.
• Ability to build and lead marketing teams effectively.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in managing external agencies to enhance marketing efforts.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and adapting to change.
