User Journey Operations Specialist - Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and analytical User Journey Operations Specialist to join our dynamic Growth team at Binance. This remote position focuses on leveraging data-driven insights and user behavior to enhance our product and optimize user acquisition, engagement, and conversion on the Binance platform.

What You'll Do

• Conduct daily data analysis to understand user segments, behavior trends, and funnel performance based on products and page views.
• Monitor user behavior and key funnels to share valuable insights with the team.
• Collaborate with the Data team to develop an AI model based on different user segments and all points of the user journey.
• Identify choke points in the user journey and set up optimization plans, including product and marketing strategies.
• Work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to leverage platform capabilities and drive product enhancements that support growth objectives.
• Initiate and lead growth projects independently, ensuring detailed execution and conducting thorough post-mortem reviews to extract learnings for future initiatives.
• Continuously track, report, and communicate growth performance and insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Familiarity with user segments and user lifecycle logic, with experience in user operation projects yielding positive results.
• Proven experience in user journey analysis and execution.
• Strong background in a growth-related role, with robust data analysis skills and logical problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in data tools and analytics platforms (e.g., SQL, Excel, BI tools).
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self-starter, managing projects end-to-end from ideation to execution and review.
• Strong understanding of user acquisition funnels, conversion optimization, and ROI analysis.
• Creative mindset with experience designing and executing growth strategies such as voucher programs, task incentives, or similar campaigns.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across multiple teams.
• A passion for the crypto industry is a plus.
