About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Unit Manager specializing in Risk Management Framework & Processes to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. This Unit Manager role involves overseeing the implementation and management of risk management frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and enhancing operational efficiency. You'll collaborate with an international team, leveraging your expertise in risk management to drive strategic initiatives and foster a culture of analytical thinking and proactive risk assessment.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage the development and implementation of risk management frameworks and processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to risk management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Utilize SharePoint Online and Document Management Systems to streamline risk documentation and reporting.
• Oversee project management activities related to risk assessment and mitigation initiatives.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of risk policies and frameworks to align with best practices.
• Provide training and support to team members on risk management processes and tools.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the risk management framework.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in risk management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management frameworks.
• Experience with analytical thinking and project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in SharePoint Online and Document Management Systems.
• Familiarity with API-driven architectures and cloud technologies such as AWS and Kubernetes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Relevant certifications in risk management or compliance are a plus.
