Senior DevOps Engineer - Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team remotely. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure. What You'll Do

• Design and implement cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to ensure high availability and security.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes to streamline operations.
• Migrate applications from on-premises environments to GCP, ensuring minimal operational disruption.
• Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Develop automation scripts to enhance system reliability and team productivity.
• Share best practices and drive key DevOps projects through hands-on technical contributions.
• Engage with stakeholders to align infrastructure and deployment strategies.
• Analyze technical challenges and craft efficient solutions to meet project goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
• Proven experience leading DevOps or engineering teams, including mentoring and technical decision-making.
• Strong hands-on experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure, with a preference for GCP.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes and Helm for container orchestration.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
• Expertise in infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and Terragrunt.
• Strong knowledge of Docker for containerization.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with engineering teams and stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience building observability stacks with Prometheus and Grafana.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and Google Cloud SQL.
• Knowledge of Argo CD & Argo Workflows.
