Treasury Associate - Remote Position in FinTech

About the Role

We're hiring a Treasury Associate to join our dynamic team at Healthcare Finance Direct. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to support daily treasury operations in a fast-paced FinTech environment. As a Treasury Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing provider funding, payment execution, and cash management, ensuring our operations align with our mission to improve the health and well-being of underserved communities.

What You'll Do

• Support daily treasury operations related to provider funding and payment execution.
• Process, review, and reconcile payments associated with loan originations and funding adjustments.
• Monitor daily cash balances to ensure adequate liquidity.
• Assist with short-term cash forecasting.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain attention to detail for high-volume transactions.
• Prepare and maintain treasury reports.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, and Compliance teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of treasury processes.
• Support automation initiatives as the company scales.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in treasury or finance operations.
• Familiarity with ACH and wire transfer processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Experience in a FinTech or financial services environment.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Nice to Have

• Experience with treasury management systems.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
• Certification in treasury management or finance.
