About the Role

As a Temporary Summer Laundry and Uniform Staff, you will work onsite in beautiful Culver, Indiana, and help create a welcoming atmosphere for our campers.

What You'll Do

• Assist in the sales of uniforms and other Culver wear, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Heat seal names on uniforms and perform fitting alterations for campers.
• Receive, launder, fold, and return camper and staff laundry efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the Laundry and Uniform Departments.

Requirements

• Must be at least 14 years old and a current student or possess a high school diploma/HSE.
• Ability to lift 25 to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.

• Experience in retail or laundry services.
• Familiarity with alterations and fitting processes.
