Temporary Remote Implementation Specialist - PEO Focus
About the Role
We are looking for a Remote Temporary Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team at CLEAR Employer Services. This role is crucial for supporting our Professional Employer Organization (PEO) implementation project, which will last for 6–8 weeks. As a Remote Implementation Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring client satisfaction through effective system setup and configuration.
What You'll Do
- Lead and support implementation activities within the PrismHR system.
- Configure system modules including payroll, benefits, onboarding, and time & labor.
- Coordinate data collection, validation, and migration to ensure smooth transitions.
- Collaborate with internal team members and external partners to facilitate effective implementation.
- Develop and maintain implementation timelines and documentation for project tracking.
- Conduct system testing and troubleshoot configuration issues as they arise.
- Provide end-user training and implementation support to ensure user readiness.
- Ensure compliance with applicable payroll and HR regulations throughout the implementation process.
Requirements
- Proven experience implementing PEO systems is essential.
- Direct, hands-on implementation experience with PrismHR is required.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to manage timelines effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in system configuration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience using Gmail and related collaboration tools for effective communication.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
