You will play a key role in processing financial transactions accurately and timely, all from the comfort of your home.

What You'll Do

• Process financial transactions in a friendly and professional manner.
• Balance assigned cash drawer and research discrepancies.
• Actively listen to customers and communicate effectively.
• Recognize customer needs and cross-sell bank products/services.
• Make referrals to other lines of business for additional products and services.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
