About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist - Remote to join our dynamic team at Insight Global. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our stores, GECs, Distribution Centres, and corporate employees. You will be agile, adaptive to change, and a quick learner, ready to tackle challenges head-on.

What You'll Do

  • Provide technical support and expertise to various teams, ensuring efficient problem resolution.
  • Identify the needs of employees and offer personalized support.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Utilize your experience with AD/Microsoft Technologies to troubleshoot effectively.
  • Communicate effectively over the phone, email, and in person to provide remote assistance.
  • Work in a ticketing environment, preferably using ServiceNow, to manage and resolve incidents.
  • Engage in continuous learning and creative problem-solving to enhance your technical skills.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated customer service experience in a technical environment.
  • Experience with IT software and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and ticketing systems.
  • A friendly, upbeat, and optimistic attitude with a passion for technology.
  • Entry-level experience in technical support or related fields.

Nice to Have

  • Background or education in a technical field.
  • Experience with L1 Networking and troubleshooting Microsoft technologies.
  • Familiarity with Zoom and ServiceNow.
  • Experience troubleshooting POS systems.
