About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer (Monitoring) remote to join our dynamic team at Devexperts. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our platforms in real-time, promptly addressing any issues that arise. This position is crucial for maintaining the quality of our services provided to respected financial institutions.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor the state of our software and hardware systems to ensure trouble-free functioning.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding their requests and issue reports.
  • Immediately escalate any operational abnormalities according to the approved protocols.
  • Collaborate with other specialists to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Utilize monitoring tools to track system performance and reliability.

Requirements

  • High level of communication and soft skills.
  • Sharp attention to detail and diligence in responding to incoming information.
  • Upper-intermediate level of technical and common English, both spoken and written.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer support with foreign clients.
  • Basic IT skills, including knowledge of Unix and Windows operating systems.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related fields.
