About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Support Dispatcher to join our dynamic team at VASS. This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while contributing to a global digital transformation company that values innovation and technology. As a Technical Support Dispatcher, you will be the first point of contact for building occupants, handling requests related to infrastructure issues and technical incidents.

What You'll Do

  • Receive and process requests from building occupants via telephone, email, or system alerts regarding infrastructure issues, technical incidents, or logistical services.
  • Register and document requests in the ticketing system (e.g., MITS).
  • Dispatch intervention requests to the appropriate technical teams, contractors, or Local Proximity Teams.
  • Identify urgent situations and escalate them to security services or on-call technical staff when necessary.
  • Monitor the status of tickets until resolution, ensuring timely updates to all stakeholders.
  • Provide information and guidance to building occupants regarding OIB services and ongoing works.
  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams, technical managers, and contractors to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Experience in customer service, helpdesk, service desk, or support roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer interaction skills.
  • Ability to work in a shift-based environment.
