What You'll Do

• Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner, ensuring a great experience from beginning to end.
• Take orders from guests and proactively meet their needs, confidently discussing our menus and upselling where appropriate.
• Maintain cleanliness and good hygiene practices throughout all service areas.
• Assist across various outlets as needed, contributing to the smooth running of the resort.
• Engage with guests and provide exceptional service to enhance their dining experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a busy bar or restaurant is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
• Passion for delivering fantastic service and engaging with guests.
• Outgoing and enthusiastic personality with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work late nights and weekends as required.
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to sell.
