About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to coordinate our audit engagements from kickoff through final report delivery. This Technical Project Manager remote position is critical to scaling our operations while maintaining the quality our clients expect. You will manage timelines, facilitate communication between auditors and client teams, track findings and remediation status, and ensure every engagement runs smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate audit engagements, ensuring all phases from kickoff to final report delivery are executed effectively.
• Manage project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met on schedule.
• Facilitate communication between auditors and client teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Track findings and remediation status, providing updates to stakeholders as needed.
• Implement project management best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a technical environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience in the Web3 or crypto industry is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Familiarity with audit processes and compliance standards.
• Experience working with remote teams.
