About the Role

We are looking for a Software Engineer - Remote to join our innovative team at Remesh. As a Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in scaling our AI-powered research platform, which is designed to transform the way organizations understand their audiences. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere in the USA, contributing to our mission of disrupting the $70+ billion insights industry.

What You'll Do

• Build, maintain, and test new and existing features using modern AI-assisted development workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance software solutions.
• Utilize AI tools to improve development processes and support internal teams with engineering expertise.
• Contribute to AI-first development practices that foster innovation.
• Participate in a four-day work week (4DWW) to promote work-life balance.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript.
• 2+ years of proficiency in Python, Ruby, Java, Go, or Rust.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools.
• 2+ years of experience with common web technologies.
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to collaborate with AI tools.
• Experience developing on cloud platforms.
• 2+ years of experience with unit tests and applying software engineering best practices.

Nice to Have

• Experience with agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts.
