About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Operations & Innovation Engineer - Remote to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and maintain technical operations processes that enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and automation.
- Utilize your expertise in CI/CD and observability to streamline workflows and improve system performance.
- Support the integration of AI tools into our existing infrastructure to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct troubleshooting and provide tier 3 support for technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Engage in quality advocacy and bug hunting to maintain high standards of software performance.
- Participate in project management activities, ensuring timely delivery of technical solutions.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional development.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical operations or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and project management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in the finance or accounting sector is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience with data operations and ETL processes.
- Knowledge of production support and integration solutions.
- Familiarity with energy devices and their operational requirements.
