About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Operations & Innovation Engineer - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our technical operations and driving innovation across various projects. As a Technical Operations & Innovation Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that improve our operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and maintain technical operations processes that enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and automation.
• Utilize your expertise in CI/CD and observability to streamline workflows and improve system performance.
• Support the integration of AI tools into our existing infrastructure to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Conduct troubleshooting and provide tier 3 support for technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Engage in quality advocacy and bug hunting to maintain high standards of software performance.
• Participate in project management activities, ensuring timely delivery of technical solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical operations or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and project management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience in the finance or accounting sector is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with data operations and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of production support and integration solutions.
• Familiarity with energy devices and their operational requirements.
