HR People Partner (ER and Change) - Remote Opportunity

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled HR People Partner (remote) to join Wavenet, a leading managed services provider. In this role, you will support our growth strategy by implementing effective people management practices. You will work closely with line managers and colleagues to foster strong relationships and drive organizational success.
What You'll Do
- Lead HR projects and initiatives that enhance overall company performance.
- Drive colleague development and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
- Monitor and influence fairness in all HR activities.
- Support the TUPE Transfer process for new colleagues integrating into Wavenet.
- Provide coaching and feedback to managers and colleagues.
- Facilitate HR best practices and programs to meet strategic business needs.
- Manage employee relations cases, including investigations and grievances.
- Analyze data to improve colleague engagement and inform the people strategy.
Requirements
- CIPD qualified to level 5 or 7.
- Multiple years of experience as an HR People Partner or HR Manager.
- Strong track record in employee relations and project delivery.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments effectively.
- High levels of integrity and discretion.
- Customer-focused with a strong 'can do' attitude.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a high-growth business environment.
- Familiarity with remote work best practices.
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits guidelines.
