We are looking for a passionate Team Member to join our vibrant pub in Spitalfields Market. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. What You'll Do

• Provide outstanding customer service to all patrons, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages, including craft beers and cocktails.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Friendly and outgoing personality, with a desire to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn about our products and services.
• Previous experience in hospitality is a plus but not required.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
