We’re hiring a Team Lead, Client Growth (B2B) to join our innovative team at OFX. This remote opportunity allows you to lead a dynamic group of Client Account Managers, driving performance and maximizing client retention and revenue growth. As a key player in our FinTech company, you will help shape the future of financial operations for businesses worldwide.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of Client Account Managers, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Set clear goals and provide guidance to ensure the team meets and exceeds sales targets.
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value corporate clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Identify new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling OFX’s products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the client experience based on feedback and insights.
  • Maintain accurate client relationship records within Salesforce and ensure effective management of daily work queues.
  • Act as a critical support to the Growth Leader, Corporate, contributing to strategic initiatives.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management or relationship management within the B2B, SaaS, or payments industry.
  • Proven people management experience with a track record of driving team performance.
  • Strong sales background with demonstrated success in growing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Ability to build and deepen client relationships, particularly with CPAs, accounting firms, and banking sectors.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) is a plus.
  • Comfortable with SaaS applications and able to communicate technical features effectively to clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with experience using CRMs, specifically Salesforce.

  • Knowledge of web conferencing tools for product demonstrations.
