Team Lead, Client Growth (B2B) - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We’re hiring a Team Lead, Client Growth (B2B) to join our innovative team at OFX. This remote opportunity allows you to lead a dynamic group of Client Account Managers, driving performance and maximizing client retention and revenue growth. What You'll Do
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of Client Account Managers, promoting a culture of excellence.
- Set clear goals and provide guidance to ensure the team meets and exceeds sales targets.
- Manage a portfolio of high-value corporate clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Identify new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling OFX’s products and solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the client experience based on feedback and insights.
- Maintain accurate client relationship records within Salesforce and ensure effective management of daily work queues.
- Act as a critical support to the Growth Leader, Corporate, contributing to strategic initiatives.
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue performance metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management or relationship management within the B2B, SaaS, or payments industry.
- Proven people management experience with a track record of driving team performance.
- Strong sales background with demonstrated success in growing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Ability to build and deepen client relationships, particularly with CPAs, accounting firms, and banking sectors.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) is a plus.
- Comfortable with SaaS applications and able to communicate technical features effectively to clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with experience using CRMs, specifically Salesforce.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the FinTech and Payments industry.
- Knowledge of web conferencing tools for product demonstrations.
- Creative problem-solving skills to address complex client issues.
