About the Role

Requirements

  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in crypto, fintech, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of hiring for highly technical roles, demonstrating strong closing skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex candidate motivations and present equity as a compelling opportunity.
  • Experience in environments where hiring outcomes are prioritized over arbitrary metrics.
  • Strong communication skills to build credibility with hiring managers and stakeholders.
