Requirements

• Experience in B2B SaaS product management or design is highly desirable.
• Engineering expertise focusing on reliability, scalability, and security.
• Experience in customer success or implementation for complex software solutions.
• Sales or GTM roles with a strong understanding of operators and frontline teams.
• Training design or instructional design experience is a plus.
