About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Breakfast Chef to join our esteemed team at Lympstone Manor, a luxurious 5-star hotel located between Exeter and Exmouth. As a Breakfast Chef, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests, utilizing fresh, locally sourced ingredients. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a Michelin Star environment, where your culinary skills will shine.

What You'll Do

• Prepare high-quality breakfasts for hotel guests, ensuring each dish meets our exceptional standards.
• Assist in the daily preparation of mise en place (MEP) for breakfast and lunch services.
• Manage stock levels in collaboration with the Head Chef, maintaining consistency and professionalism.
• Liaise closely with the breakfast supervisor to ensure a smooth and efficient breakfast service.
• Monitor food temperatures in accordance with our Food Policy to ensure safety and quality.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar role at a Michelin or high Rosette level.
• A keen enthusiasm for food and the hospitality industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills with colleagues and management.
• Own transport is essential for commuting to the location.

• Experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment.
• Knowledge of local produce and suppliers.
• Creativity in menu development and presentation.
