- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in talent acquisition or related HR fields.
- Demonstrated experience in managing the end-to-end hiring process.
- Strong understanding of workforce planning, diversity and inclusion, and analytics.
- Ability to foster strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
