What You'll Do

  • Establish strong partnerships with stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with business needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
  • Utilize competency-based assessments to analyze both internal and external candidates for optimal selection.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurrent and unique roles through various recruitment channels.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement and optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in talent acquisition or related HR fields.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing the end-to-end hiring process.
  • Strong understanding of workforce planning, diversity and inclusion, and analytics.
  • Ability to foster strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with change management and employee value proposition.
  • Knowledge of external benchmarks in talent acquisition.
