Remote Integration Engineer - Healthcare Focus

About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Integration Engineer to join our team at Experian Health. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the development and implementation of healthcare revenue cycle management solutions. As a Remote Integration Engineer, you will leverage both your business and technical knowledge to empower our clients and enhance their experience.

What You'll Do

• Act as the primary technical client contact for sales accounts, ensuring effective communication and support.
• Resolve technical issues and provide exceptional client support, utilizing your product knowledge and technical expertise.
• Gather requirements and validate data to ensure seamless integration.
• Build and strengthen relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
• Work with HL7 and X12 message/file formats to facilitate data exchange.
• Utilize raw data sets and APIs to enhance integration processes.
• Employ tools like Confluence and JIRA for project management and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

Requirements

• 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis or integration, particularly in healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle management software.
• Experience with HL7 and X12 formats is essential.
• Technical expertise in API and XML integration.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Confluence and JIRA.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience in a client-facing role within the healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
