We are looking for a Junior Recruiter - Remote to join our team at BBQ – Baumann Bildung und Qualifizierung GmbH. As a Junior Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting the right talents and supporting our mission of making further education accessible to everyone.

What You'll Do

• Support in formulating, publishing, and maintaining job postings on various recruiting platforms.
• Manage incoming applications, keep track of deadlines, and ensure structured documentation.
• Coordinate interviews and serve as a friendly, professional point of contact for applicants.
• Assist in reviewing applications and help identify suitable talents for our teams.
• Participate in active sourcing and identify suitable candidates on relevant platforms.
• Work closely with our Senior Recruiter to develop our recruiting strategy.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training, preferably in HR, or a degree in Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills with excellent German proficiency at C1 level.
• Service-oriented and professional demeanor towards applicants and internal stakeholders.
• Organized and independent working style, able to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
• Familiarity with common office programs.
