About the Role

What You'll Do

- Work flexible hours, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings.
- Support individuals one-on-one while being part of a wider support team.
Requirements
- No previous experience is required, but a commitment to empowering people is essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must possess a full UK Manual driving license.
- Willingness to work a Late - Sleep - Early shift pattern.
- Desirable: Social Care experience.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities or autism.
- Skills in conflict resolution and crisis management.
- Knowledge of community resources and support services.
