About the Role

What You'll Do

  • Provide emotional and practical support to individuals, helping them live their lives their way.

  • Take responsibility and remain calm in challenging situations.
  • Work flexible hours, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings.
  • Support individuals one-on-one while being part of a wider support team.

Requirements

  • No previous experience is required, but a commitment to empowering people is essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must possess a full UK Manual driving license.
  • Willingness to work a Late - Sleep - Early shift pattern.
  • Desirable: Social Care experience.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities or autism.
  • Skills in conflict resolution and crisis management.
  • Knowledge of community resources and support services.
