What You'll Do
- Lead daily bridge inspection vehicle operations, ensuring safety and compliance.
- Plan inspection schedules, routes, and resource allocation effectively.
- Conduct field safety briefings and enforce safe work practices.
- Coordinate track access with dispatch engineering and maintenance teams.
- Review inspection data, photos, and reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to maintain high performance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general equivalency.
- Minimum of 4 years of railroad track or bridge experience.
- Valid Class A CDL or Class B CDL driver’s license.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in computer systems.
- Knowledge of railroad bridge inspection, maintenance, and construction practices.
