Studio Experience Associate - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Studio Experience Associate to join our team at FitLab. As a Studio Experience Associate, you will be the heartbeat of our studio, ensuring that every member and guest interaction is warm and welcoming. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe environment, setting the tone for an exceptional experience.

What You'll Do

• Greet members and guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Provide onboarding support for new visitors, including studio tours and account setup.
• Engage proactively with members before and after classes to foster community.
• Manage check-ins, bookings, and payments across studio platforms.
• Support daily operations, including opening and closing the studio, laundry, and light cleaning.
• Partner with instructors to ensure smooth class turnover and an excellent in-class experience.
• Represent the studio in the local community, supporting marketing events and initiatives.
• Contribute to cultivating an inclusive and accessible community.

Requirements

• 1+ year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Passion for fitness, wellness, and building inclusive communities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using tablets and scheduling software.
• Highly reliable and detail-oriented; thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a fitness studio or wellness environment.
• Knowledge of Mindbody or similar studio management software.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform light cleaning tasks.
