In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for acquiring B2B clients for our Microsoft-focused consulting services while shaping the client acquisition strategy. What You'll Do
- Acquire new B2B clients for Microsoft consulting services.
- Design and implement client acquisition strategies specifically for the DACH region.
- Engage with HR, IT, and procurement decision-makers to promote our services.
- Utilize LinkedIn and email campaigns for effective outreach.
- Act as a strategic advisor to optimize outreach processes and improve client engagement.
- Collaborate with the founder and consultants to enhance client retention strategies.
- Leverage CRM tools to manage client relationships and track acquisition efforts.
- Maintain a self-driven and outcome-oriented mindset to achieve targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B client acquisition or sales, especially in the HR Tech sector.
- Fluency in both German and English is essential for effective communication.
- Experience with CRM tools, such as Manatal, is preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking abilities to develop effective acquisition strategies.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.

- Experience in consulting or advisory roles within the HR Tech industry.
