We are seeking a Strategic Client Acquisition Partner - HR Tech Recruitment (Remote) to join our team at M365Connect. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for acquiring B2B clients for our Microsoft-focused consulting services while shaping the client acquisition strategy. What You'll Do

  • Acquire new B2B clients for Microsoft consulting services.
  • Design and implement client acquisition strategies specifically for the DACH region.
  • Engage with HR, IT, and procurement decision-makers to promote our services.
  • Utilize LinkedIn and email campaigns for effective outreach.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to optimize outreach processes and improve client engagement.
  • Collaborate with the founder and consultants to enhance client retention strategies.
  • Leverage CRM tools to manage client relationships and track acquisition efforts.
  • Maintain a self-driven and outcome-oriented mindset to achieve targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B client acquisition or sales, especially in the HR Tech sector.
  • Fluency in both German and English is essential for effective communication.
  • Experience with CRM tools, such as Manatal, is preferred.
  • Strong strategic thinking abilities to develop effective acquisition strategies.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in consulting or advisory roles within the HR Tech industry.
  • Familiarity with the DACH market and its business culture.
  • Previous experience in remote work environments.
