About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Strategic Account Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team. Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in account management or a related field, preferably in IT services or cloud solutions.
  • Proven track record of managing strategic accounts and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, and sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve account performance.
  • Experience with consultative sales and complex solutions is a plus.
  • Strong business acumen and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with MuleSoft or Apex is a plus.
