About the Role

Phantom is seeking a talented Staff Full Stack Engineer (Wallet Platform) to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time remote position where you will have the opportunity to work from anywhere in the world. As a Staff Full Stack Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing and enhancing our wallet platform, ensuring a seamless user experience and robust functionality.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement scalable web applications for our wallet platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality standards.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continually improve our platform.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a strong portfolio of web applications.
• Expertise in JavaScript, React, Node.js, and other relevant technologies.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, particularly in a lead role.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and crypto wallets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Nice to Have

• Experience with TypeScript and GraphQL.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of security best practices in web development.
