Quality Management Lead - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Management Lead to join our team at Amcor, a global leader in developing responsible packaging solutions. This remote opportunity allows you to lead the quality assurance department and make a significant impact on our operations. As a Quality Management Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality across our products and processes.

What You'll Do

• Lead the quality assurance department, including planning and execution of quality initiatives.
• Conduct supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Manage customer and system audits to maintain certification and improve processes.
• Develop and enhance the quality management system (ISO 9001, ISO 50001, BRC/IOP).
• Drive quality-related improvements in products and processes to reduce complaints and internal issues.
• Handle customer complaints effectively to enhance satisfaction.
• Plan and conduct training sessions aimed at quality improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and product quality.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Master’s, or Technician with a willingness to further education in quality management.
• Strong English language skills and good computer proficiency.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and product range.
• Knowledge of management systems and hygiene management.
• Experience in energy management and food materials.
• Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate flexibility.
• Team-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
• Assertiveness and the ability to drive change.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the packaging industry.
• Familiarity with sustainability practices in packaging.
• Additional certifications in quality management.
