Software Engineer (.NET) - Remote Opportunity

What You'll Do

• Develop software solutions by understanding user requirements and translating them into functional applications.
• Engage in the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment, ensuring performance and scalability.
• Work on data structures and algorithms, optimizing code for efficiency and performance.
• Design and develop user interfaces for web applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Implement best practices for security and maintainability in web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile and SCRUM methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to their professional growth.
• Participate in DevOps transformation initiatives to enhance deployment processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in software development, particularly with .NET technologies.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and SQL Server or any RDBMS.
• Experience with asynchronous programming and Web API development.
• Knowledge of cloud application security principles (OWASP standards).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud services is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with UNIX systems in addition to Windows.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management.
• Experience in building scalable systems in a cloud environment.
