About the Role

In this role, you will leverage your expertise to craft and execute social media strategies that elevate our brand and engage audiences across various platforms.

What You'll Do

• Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to Web3 retail audiences and privacy enthusiasts.
• Align campaigns with our technical roadmap and overarching marketing goals.
• Develop engaging and original content, including short-form copy, video shorts, and polls, while utilizing updated algorithms and best practices.
• Experiment with trends and new content types, showcasing an outgoing personality on camera.
• Foster meaningful interactions with community members and followers, responding to direct messages daily.
• Manage social media agencies to support follower growth and engagement across platforms.
• Dive deep into analytics to understand performance metrics and iterate quickly based on data insights.
• Report on social media performance and audience insights to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to amplify content and messaging.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Social Media Manager, preferably with 3+ years in the blockchain or crypto sector.
• Experience working with retail audiences in Web3 post token-launch.
• Strong understanding of Web3, privacy, blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, and the crypto ecosystem.
• Excellent communication skills with a flair for storytelling.
• Creative and forward-thinking mindset.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
• Agency and contractor management experience is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in community management within the crypto space.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and social media management platforms.
• Knowledge of content marketing strategies.
