About the Role

We are currently seeking a Site Manager (m/f/d) for Cleaning Services - Remote Opportunity to join our team at Vonovia. This position offers a secure employment contract with year-round work at Europe’s leading private housing company. As a Site Manager, you will oversee the cleaning operations in Berlin, ensuring high standards of service delivery while managing a dedicated team.

What You'll Do

• Manage and take responsibility for the business unit in collaboration with your regional manager.
• Oversee on-site customer service, handling both commercial and technical aspects of property management.
• Assist in resolving escalation cases in partnership with central organizational units.
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance with company standards.
• Plan staffing needs, schedule cleaning tasks, and manage billing processes.
• Support cost and project controlling efforts to optimize operational efficiency.
• Utilize SAP and Windows programs effectively for daily operations.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and demonstrate strong communication skills.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Several years of professional experience and in-depth knowledge in the cleaning industry, along with basic commercial skills.
• Ability to structure workflows and demonstrate organizational skills.
• High commitment and self-reliant working style with a hands-on mentality.
• Strong numerical affinity and customer-oriented service mindset.
• Confident demeanor, negotiation skills, and empathy.
• Excellent communication skills and team-oriented approach with assertiveness.
• Valid Class B driver’s license.

Nice to Have

• Experience with project management tools.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
• Previous experience in a managerial role within the cleaning sector.
